As a valued member of our TherapyCare Physical Therapy (TCPT) community, we appreciate the trust you place in us.

At TCPT, we have the best people with the right Training, Facilities, and Processes to ensure a healthy environment for everyone at all times. Social distancing techniques and appropriate protective equipment will be in place. Our efforts to provide you the safest and most effective care will be an ongoing priority during these rapidly evolving circumstances.

Our offices are following all recommended guidance from public health authorities, including best practices for hygiene, infection control, and medical professional team health.

We are confident in our ability to continue helping patients and providing you the best Physical Therapy care that you have come to expect and deserve.

How do I schedule my next appointment?

To schedule your next appointment, please visit https://www.therapycarept.com/appointment/, or call 914-294-0080 for Yonker and Pleasantville location and 347-587-5333 for Bronx locations. We will make every effort to ensure this is a smooth and easy experience for you.

Have additional safety measures been implemented?

We’ve implemented a COVID-19 specific protocol. This protocol includes instrument disinfection, rearranged waiting rooms to allow for greater social distancing, thorough surface cleaning, and treatment room sanitizing between patients. Patients will also have the opportunity to wait in their cars and complete check-in procedures using a cell phone, to limit the number of people in waiting rooms. Our Physical Therapists and staff are provided personal protective equipment (PPE). When patients enter the office, we ask that you also utilize PPE equipment (mask and/or gloves) as well as cleaning your hands using the provided hand sanitizing station. You’ll be asked to wear a mask or at least a homemade covering scarf, or bandana at all times when on the premises. A patient who doesn’t have a mask will be provided one.

Will you be pre-screening patients?

Our number one priority is the safety of our patients and communities. Patients will be properly assessed for COVID-19 risks (via phone or in-person) PRIOR to being allowed into any clinical areas. Patients’ temperatures will be measured and will be required to answer additional Covid-19 specific questions. We will reinforce the precaution that our offices are not the venue for patients with symptoms consistent with a significant risk of ongoing COVID infection.

What are the guidelines for office visits?

To help you prepare for your appointment, please keep in mind the following:

Patients MUST arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to answer pre-screening questions.

Only the patient is allowed in the office. For children and adult patients who require a caretaker, ONLY one adult may accompany the patient.

How will the safety of your more vulnerable patients be assured?

We are taking every precaution to assure the safety of our more vulnerable patients. Our patients who are age 65 or over, upon arrival to your scheduled appointment, will be escorted to a private waiting area and treatment room.

Our highest priority is to keep all our patients and staff as safe as possible.
